Margaret Pyke Trust Training Courses Terms and Conditions

 

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all training courses provided by Margaret Pyke Trust and refer to obligations of both Margaret Pyke Trust (“we”), and the customer (“you”).

 

Cancellation

All course bookings are non-refundable. However, a substitute delegate may attend in the booked delegate’s place, with at least three working days’ prior written notice. Alternatively, a delegate may be transferred to a different course up to the same value, with at least seven working days’ prior written notice, subject to availability and an administration fee of £40.

We reserve the right to cancel any training course if it becomes necessary to do so. Should cancellation be necessary, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the opportunity to transfer to a course on an alternative date. We shall not be responsible for any loss incurred by you as a result of a cancellation or rescheduling.

 

Course Content

We reserve the right to amend course contents or make other changes that may be necessary.

Course content is advisory only, if you choose to implement it, you do so following your own clinical judgement, and we, our directors, agents and staff are not responsible for actions taken by any individual or organisation. as a result of the information provided during training courses or within any publications (printed or otherwise) we share.

We make every effort to ensure the information in our courses is accurate and correct. It should not however, replace your own good clinical judgement, or be regarded as a substitute for taking professional advice in appropriate circumstances.

 

Intellectual property

All materials and presentations used on courses are copyright and may not be reproduced without permission. All intellectual property rights, including copyright, remain our sole property, excluding copyright belonging to third parties included within course packs or downloadable resources.

 

Data

We do not store your credit card details. When you pay for a training course through our website all payments are processed through Stripe (www.stripe.com/gb). Booking through our website signifies your consent to us collecting and using personal information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can read the Privacy Policy here.

 

Events outside our Control (Force Majeure)

Should you be unable to attend the course, or should we be unable to host the course, because of threat of war, terrorism, a public health event, or any other circumstances outside our control, we will not automatically refund you, but we will use our reasonable endeavours to transfer your booking, subject to first covering our direct costs.
